This long grain white rice called “Klong Luang” is cultivated in a traditional way and more precisely in the province of Pathum Tani which is located north of Bangkok. It is a classic rice in the country and frequently used. It is naturally scented with jasmine with a woody note. It is also rich in protein.
This variety is not “Premium” but nevertheless of very good quality. This rice is exclusively intended for catering professionals who would like to add a little Asian touch to their cuisine or quality accompaniment.
It is still a rice cultivated in a traditional way and moreover with all its freshness resulting from the last harvest.
